Cha Du-ri, the son of South Korean football legend Cha Bum-kun, is now the manager of Hwaseong FC. He played for 13 years, competing in the 2002 and 2010 FIFA World Cups. Known as “Chaminator” for his strong stamina, Cha played for top clubs overseas before retiring from FC Seoul in 2015.
After retiring, Cha moved into coaching, taking on advisory and coaching roles. He was most recently an assistant coach for the South Korean national team under Jurgen Klinsmann. As manager, he will continue to shape the country’s football.
