Charliek Arkady Romanovich, known as Arkady, is a naturalized South Korean from Russia. Born to Russian parents in Suwon, Gyeonggi Province, he became a South Korean citizen last year. Arkady joined the U-14 national football team on July 1 this year. Standing 191 cm tall, the eighth-grade striker scored 10 goals in 14 games while playing alongside ninth-graders.
